## Original user-supplied template

The supplied archive identified the original template as **Fervor**, version
**3.0.0**, by **Webstrot**. Its SCSS header included `Copyright 2022-22`.
This attribution is retained here as a provenance notice even though promotional
branding and visible footer author credits have been removed from the public UI.

The original HTML/CSS/SCSS layout, shortcode library, illustrations, scripts,
and any commercial slider components remain subject to their original licenses.
No purchase certificate, full template license, or explicit right to resell the
source template was included in the supplied archive. The rebrand is not a new
license, assignment of ownership, or certification for any marketplace.

## Bundled libraries

Original third-party legal/license headers have been preserved. Consult those
headers and the respective projects for the exact applicable versions and terms.
The supplied files include Bootstrap, jQuery, jQuery UI, Owl Carousel, WOW.js,
Swiper, Fancybox, Magnific Popup, Chart.js, and additional interface helpers.
Revolution Slider / ThemePunch scripts are inherited commercial components:
verify your original entitlement before use or redistribution.

## Font Awesome icon outlines

Font Awesome Free icon outlines were rendered from the user-supplied font assets
into SVG path data in js/veloura-icons.js. The original CSS class wrappers are
preserved so template selectors continue to work. No font binaries are included.
Font Awesome Free SVG icons are governed by their icon license, with original
copyright and attribution retained by the Font Awesome project.

## Web typography

Google Fonts references are provided for Poppins, Lato, Bad Script and Merienda.
No font binaries are distributed. Refer to each font's own Google Fonts source
and license before self-hosting or redistribution.

## Pexels photographs

The package uses remote references to 16 photographs, not bundled photo binaries.
Each image's source, photographer, identifier and remote URL are documented in
image-sources.json. The optional localization script downloads those references
on the user's machine and preserves the source manifest.

Pexels permits use within web templates subject to its terms. Do not imply an
endorsement by depicted people, misuse identifiable people, or redistribute
images as standalone stock content. Additional permissions can be required for
particular uses. All displayed member records and stories are fictional; models
are not represented as actual members, customers or endorsers.

## Newly added work

The Veloura branding artwork, added admin layout and interactions, local preview
server, image localization helper and documentation are modifications prepared
for this project. They do not alter the rights attached to the original template
or any third-party materials. The name Veloura is a working project name, not a
representation of trademark clearance.
