Project enquiries
The project brief tool runs in your browser until you review it. When you choose “Send my brief,” your name, email, project type, budget, timeline, company or website and project description are sent to this website’s contact function. It emails the brief to Bikash using Resend and records it in a private Notion workspace used to manage enquiries. You may also receive a short confirmation email.
This information is used only to reply to your enquiry and discuss the project. It is not sold or used for advertising. To ask for your enquiry to be deleted, email devbikash2022@gmail.com.
When you choose “Open email app,” the brief is passed to the email application you use. You decide whether to send it. Email that you send to devbikash2022@gmail.com is then handled by the relevant email services.
Website assistant
The chat assistant is an AI that answers questions about Bikash’s services. Messages you type are sent to this website’s chat function and processed by an AI provider, Anthropic or Google, to generate a reply. The conversation is kept in your browser’s session storage for this tab so it survives page changes. Conversations are also saved in a private Notion workspace, with the page you were on, so Bikash can follow up on questions and improve the assistant’s answers. They aren’t sold or used for advertising, and you can ask for a conversation to be deleted by emailing devbikash2022@gmail.com.
If you ask the assistant to pass your details to Bikash, your name, email, project summary and a transcript of the conversation are emailed through Resend and recorded in a private Notion workspace, as with the project brief. Please don’t share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
Preferences on this device
The motion control saves your animation preference in session storage for this browser tab. If optional analytics is configured, its consent choice is saved in local storage so the site can remember whether you allowed it. If saving that choice fails, analytics stays off and the site may remember that refusal in session storage for this tab. Clearing the site’s browser storage resets these preferences.
Optional site analytics
Google Analytics is not configured in this build. The site does not load its script or send analytics events to Google.

Spam protection
To keep out automated spam, the project brief, the cost calculator and the assistant use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is a person, usually without asking you to do anything. Requests are also limited per visitor, using the network address your browser connects from; these limits are kept briefly in memory and not stored.
Hosting and external services
The hosting provider may process technical requests, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Links to TemplateMonster, LinkedIn, Google Play, the App Store, project websites and the booking calendar take you to separate services with their own privacy practices.
